About LANA
LANA is a collective body of writers of Kerala origin, who migrated to the North American subcontinent. Its primary goal is to promote malayalam literature in a global scope. It is secular in nature, maintains gender equality, and promotes free thinking.
LANA has an organizational structure that consists of regional chapters in different parts of North America and Canada. Apart from the regular activities on various media platforms, LANA plans to have a regional conference during the first year and a national convention during the second year of an elected term.
The association functions under the overall control of an Executive Committee elected every two years, consisting of the President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, and the Joint Treasurer. The Executive Committee is guided by the Board of Directors comprising the past presidents of the association.
